There is a path over Pnyx Hill

(beside the Acropolis strewn with ancient ruins and covered in short pine trees) that I love to walk in the evenings around sunset. You quickly pass from intimate path to stunning view and back to intimate path again. The impression it leaves is always magical. I captured this image on one of these walks; dark and mysterious, but still inviting in its own way.
